The client, a leading advertising and marketing services provider in India wanted to take their service offerings online through an integrated market place. They wanted an online platform where they can offer offline services, along with other sellers to buyers from across India. The idea was to create a web and mobile suite to enable buyers and sellers to interact and make purchases and sales.

The client had planned a first-of-its kind online market place for BTL offline advertising activities. YellowFish designed a comprehensive digital platform where any buyer can come and list their services and products. Any buyer can then login and review the various offerings and make a purchase. YellowFish also developed a cutting edge analytics engine to give the buyer a detailed idea on the popularity, usability, footfall and other details on various locations and offerings. The web and mobile versions of the suite were released simultaneously.

YellowFish also developed a custom CRM which was available for all the sellers to manage interests, nurture leads and after sales service.

Results

The online marketplace was a huge success. The sales cycle was shortened by 37% as everything was moved online. The buyers were able to view the details and specifications of every product and service and make a sound business decision.
